Refund Policy for Online Payments

At KPDCL, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless online payment experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for handling excess payments made for electricity services.

1. Refunds

KPDCL does not issue direct refunds for online payments made towards electricity services. In the event of an overpayment or duplicate payment, the excess amount will automatically be adjusted against future electricity bills.

2. Eligibility for Adjustment

  • Duplicate Payments: If a customer inadvertently makes a duplicate payment for the same billing period.
  • Excess Payment: If a customer pays more than the billed amount for a particular billing cycle.
  • Technical Errors: In the case of a system error where an excess payment is made.

3. Adjustment Process

Any excess payment made by the customer will automatically be credited to the customer's account at KPDCL and applied to future bills. Customers can view the adjusted amount on their upcoming bills and account statements through the KPDCL's online portal at www.billsahuliyatplus.kpdcl.net.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Payments made for services that have already been rendered and consumed.
  • Payments made for previous bills that do not result in an overpayment.

KPDCL reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any amendment to this policy will be communicated on our website.
