Answer: There are two options for paying your electricity bill on Bill Sahuliyat. First, you can Select the Quick Bill Payment form available on the home banner or Secondly, you can log into your electricity account and choose to pay your electricity bill by selecting your consumer code. In case you are new to Bill Sahuliyat and do not have an account, you can register by clicking the Sign-up button at the Right top of the page. You can pay the bill on the Bill Sahuliyat website or the mobile app. Typically, you can select from the various payment methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and e-wallets for online payments. The payment method can be selected while you are on the bill check out page.

Answer: To apply for a new electricity connection, visit our Bill Sahuliyat website and apply through the New Connection form available on the right side of the Home Page. You can also visit our local electricity distribution office, fill out the application form, provide necessary documents (e.g., proof of identity and residence, mobile number and email address), pay the requisite fees, and schedule a site inspection. Once approved, your connection will be installed.

Answer: In the event of a power outage or any electricity-related issues, you can connect to the Customer Support through the Chat option on the Bill Sahuliyat website and ask the chat agent to raise a Ticket. Once the ticket is raised, your complaint will be resolved. You can track your Ticket status through Track My Requests Section after Logging into your Bill Sahuliyat account.

Answer: To change the name on your electricity bill, please log in to your Bill Sahuliyat account and Select the Name Change option in your Profile Setting. You need to submit a formal application along with the required documents, such as your identity proof (Aadhar or your Id card issued by Government Agency).

Answer: Yes, Bill Sahuliyat offers you to check your consumption history, billing details, and payment history. You have to Log into your Bill Sahuliyat account to view the options.

Answer: To register for paperless billing, visit Bill Sahuliyat Website. The option to register to paperless bill is available on the Website. You have to Log into your account and select the paperless bill option under your profile settings and update your preferences to receive bills via email. You may also contact the chat assistance for this process.
